Rivington Cottage - Nelson Accommodation

Rivington Cottage is a spacious character cottage nestled in a beautiful valley of 84 hectares that has been home to this family for six generations.It is situated just ten minutes away from the city of Nelson, New Zealand.

The cottage has been built recently and is set apart from the family homestead with it’s own views looking down the valley and the Tasman Sea beyond. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens, ancient trees and an amazing native birdlife. French doors open onto a sunny covered verandah which is perfect for outside dining.

Six metres from the cottage is a full sized tennis court with flood lit lighting for evening games. This cottage is the perfect holiday getaway for couples or a family of four.

A 10 minute drive from Nelson’s vibrant cafes, restaurants, markets and galleries makes Rivington Cottage an excellent place for visitors. It is close to the region's National Park's and  the areas finest beaches, such as those in the Able Tasman National Park are just a short drive away, where opportunities for wind surfing, sea kayaking, mountain biking and fishing are abundant.
